Individual nutrition coaching helps you build a positive relationship with food and a sense of empowerment to make decisions about food and lifestyle behaviors. This process begins when you see your body as a whole and understand all of the factors that affect your nutrition. It is not about the calories we consume, it is about WHAT we consume. It is realizing that stress, sleep, gut health, physical activity, and environmental factors all play a role in your body’s nutrition.
I want you to feel beautiful in your own body! I want you to make peace with your food. This isn’t a diet. This isn’t a quick fix. My goal is to get you off that dieting roller coaster and discover a positive relationship with your food, mind, and body. I will teach you how to choose real, whole, colorful foods and still enjoy the foods you love.
In our initial assessment we will talk about your health history, your relationship with food, and past and current lifestyle. We will discuss what you want to get out of this program, and set short-term goals to make sure you are headed in the right direction.
Some people only need one session to ask some questions about food and nutrition. Most people participate in multiple sessions. Healthy nutrition isn’t easy and change does not happen over night. In our initial session we will discuss what works for you and create a road map of what to expect from working with me.
During this first session, we will get to know each other. We will focus on your medical and dieting history, relationship with food, and overall lifestyle. We will set goals and discuss what your vision for the future is. Together we will come up with a success plan that will meet your individual needs.
Individual Session: $150 minutes (60 minutes)
These sessions are the key to your success. They provide ongoing support and accountability. These sessions are a great time to ask questions, discuss where you are with your goals, and maybe set some new goals. We will discuss any obstacles you may be encountering and find solutions that are realistic.
Follow-Up Session: $75 (45 minutes)

*Please note, I accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, Personal Choice, Keystone Health Plan East, Cigna, Aetna and Medicare (with a diagnosis of Diabetes or Chronic Kidney Disease). Some plans do vary so I highly encourage you to call and make sure I am in network prior to our appointment. I can provide you with my NPI number. If I do not accept your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a Medicare approved Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
